I have a great story
Smelling Good Perfumes I love a man who smells good; I can't help it. Thanks Dad, for always taking care of your skin and wearing nice aftershaves like Polo (and whatever else you got for birthdays and Christmas. Most men, however, have a hard time with men who are overly perfumed: "Just take a shower guy! Don't drown it out with product!" To them, it bombards the... Read more...

Where does your fragrance fit into your seduction plan?

  • Oblivia @ Tickled Pink, I've heard this before too and I think there's probably some merit to it. I think attraction is more than chemical - it's societal, cultural and largely learned.

  • Rissa Bee hmmm @tickledpink I don't know about that, some peoples natural pheromones can be quite nasty; I think a good balance of a shower and a little spritz of cologne is perfect

HeyNiceEyes Smelling good is a base you should definitely have covered, but it shouldn't be the center of attention. If you're trying too hard, then it works against you. Just don't overdo it. I usually find good deodorant, aftershave, or shampoo to be enough.

  • Oblivia @HeyNiceEyes Just as long as it's not anything by Axxe!

  • TigerToy This is a double-edged sword. On the one hand, Tickled is correct that our biology plays an essential role in our attraction to the opposite sex. Pheramones are a huge primal indicator for women, whose biological makeup instructs them to target the best "pheramonal" suiter. Depending on the phase of her cycle, a woman may be more drawn to a man sans cologne than a man who took a spritz. However, as a female who enjoys a light mist of fragerence, I have to concur that it will not mask a lack of hygeine, and I would take a freshly bathed and well groomed man over one doused in aroma any day of the week!

When is it too much? Images?q=tbn:and9gcrnzbnagphxpwzy3wwvbcolzclyo97m3yaf6v6jpq-9ukpbsdhk

When is the cat-and-mouse game too much? Playful banter is fun at the start of dating. But at what point does it become tedious?
