I don't know about you, but I've heard the "I'm not ready to be in a relationship" excuse on more than I care to remember occasions!
It's been my experience that those words translate, simply, into "I'm not ready to be in a relationship with you."!
Because the minute some woman, girl, chick, steps in with more to show, guess what...
That man is ready for, and IN, a relationship!

Or...how 'bout this...While they weren't ready, we're out meeting new people. And now, a year later, when they're finally ready, we're no longer interested in them! And we find ourselves wondering what we ever saw in them in the first place...not to mention, using the same "I'm not ready to be in a relationship" excuse...
Hell yea!!! Seems to be the story of my dating life...but oh well, it will eventually get better.

Ok, so here's the update. I was 100% correct. While that LOSER was telling me he didn't want to be in a relationship, he was texting some chica from his home state...I LOVE YOU...and she was tellin' him the same thing!
